A creative mind. A practical perspective.

I’m Kristy Sandidge-Fargher, founder of Tailored 2U.
Since beginning my independent business work in 2007, I’ve supported nonprofits, healthcare practices, startups, and small businesses through operational leadership, process development, program development, documentation, and special projects. My background also includes fundraising, community initiatives, and event planning ~ work that has taught me to see both the details and the bigger picture.
My experience includes developing internship programs and supporting consumer packaged goods businesses and founder-led companies ~ helping turn ideas into practical processes, programs, and resources.
I’ve worked with web developers on website layouts, content, and information flow. Today, I’m bringing that experience into a more creative practice ~ building simple websites, useful tools, and focused business resources.
Where it all began.
“Age is just an attitude.”
A lesson from my first mentor, Billie Crampton.
My love of small business began at 15, working for Billie Crampton at her Mode-O-Day clothing store. She took me under her wing and taught me the foundations of retail sales. Just as lasting was her example: the care she took in presenting herself, her remarkable attitude, and her belief that “age is just an attitude.” She gave me a foundation I’ve carried throughout my working life.
Over the years, I’ve co-owned a Sears catalog store and spent 13 years as a co-owner of C.R. Sandidge Wines. Those experiences gave me firsthand knowledge of retail, hospitality, tourism, and the everyday realities of running a small business.
Together with my business and nonprofit work, those varied experiences help me understand how the pieces fit ~ and turn complicated information into something clear and useful.
Useful can be beautiful, too.
A website should sound like your business. A checklist should be easy to follow. A resource guide should help someone find what they need.
I care about both the details and the bigger picture: how something looks, how it reads, and how it works in everyday life.
Tailored 2U is built around personal attention and manageable projects, with a clear purpose and a finished result.
