This page explains how Tailored 2U handles information shared through this website and project inquiries.
What you choose to share
When you request a personalized proposal, the form asks for your name or business, email address, project type, project description, ideal timeline, and an optional budget range. Tailored 2U uses these details to respond, understand your needs, prepare a proposal, and communicate about potential or agreed work.
Please keep inquiries to general project information. Do not send passwords, payment card details, Social Security numbers, medical records, or confidential information about other people through this form.
Where your inquiry goes
The inquiry form uses Formspree to deliver your submission to Tailored 2U. Formspree processes the submission as a service provider, and email services handle the resulting correspondence. Their own privacy terms apply to their services. You can read Formspree’s privacy policy.
Previewing or downloading your project brief happens in your browser. Those actions do not submit the form to Tailored 2U. Your information is sent when you select “Request a Personalized Proposal.”
How information is used and shared
Inquiry details are used for business communication and project administration. Tailored 2U does not sell your personal information or add you to a marketing mailing list simply because you submit an inquiry or download a resource.
Information may be handled by the service providers needed to operate the website, deliver messages, and carry out agreed work. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
Free downloads and website visits
The printable and fillable project planners are available without an email signup. Answers you enter into a downloaded planner are not automatically sent to Tailored 2U.
This website does not currently include advertising trackers or a separately installed audience analytics tool. Website hosting providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver the site, maintain reliability, and address abuse.
Keeping information
Inquiry and project correspondence may be retained as needed to respond, manage the business relationship, and meet recordkeeping obligations. Please share only the information needed for your request.
Reasonable care is taken with information entrusted to Tailored 2U, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Project-specific arrangements for access, files, and information handling are described in the applicable proposal or agreement.
Questions or requests
You can ask about information you have shared, request a correction, or request deletion by contacting Kristy through the project request page, where direct email contact is also available. Some records may need to be retained for business or legal obligations.
Other websites and updates
Portfolio and resource links may take you to websites operated by others. Their privacy practices apply when you visit them. This page may be updated as the website or its services change; the date above shows the latest revision.
