Services / Made to fit your business

Good ideas. Useful outcomes.

Focused creative support for small businesses, independent professionals, and small organizations. Each project starts with a clear understanding of what you need and what we’ll create.

01 / Websites & content

Make your business easy to understand.

A welcoming online home that helps people understand who you are, what you offer, and how to take the next step.

  • Simple business and creative websites
  • Website structure and page layout
  • Professional bios, About pages, and service descriptions
  • FAQs, downloadable resources, and content updates

Example project: a small service website with a welcoming bio, clear service descriptions, answers to common questions, and an inquiry form. Writing can also be a standalone project; existing-site refreshes are reviewed individually.

02 / Systems & practical tools

A little structure. A lot more clarity.

Tools that give your information a home and make recurring tasks easier to follow.

  • Checklists and step-by-step process guides
  • Asana boards, spreadsheet trackers, and organized Google Drive folders
  • Client welcome materials, intake forms, and reusable email drafts
  • Business reference guides and reusable document templates

Example project: organize what happens after a new inquiry with a welcome email, intake questions, and a handoff checklist ~ using the tools you already have.

03 / Business project support

Bring the loose pieces together.

Have the information but need help making it useful? We can define a manageable project and build toward a finished result.

  • Project roadmaps and launch plans
  • Turning business notes into clear priorities and next steps
  • Discovery workbooks and Founder’s Companion guides
  • Resource guides, board manuals, and volunteer orientation materials

Example project: bring a small nonprofit’s approved information together into a board or volunteer manual, or turn a business owner’s ideas into a practical 90-day roadmap.

04 / Social media content kits

Ready to share.
Yours to publish.

One-time packages to introduce something new or give your next event a clear, coordinated message.

Social Media Launch Kit

Introduce your business, rebrand, new website, or latest offering with six coordinated posts. Each includes a ready-to-use caption and matching visual, with relevant website links and calls to action.

Event & Promotion Mini Kit

Three coordinated posts for a market appearance, fundraiser, workshop, seasonal special, or other one-off event. An announcement, reminder, and final invitation or thank-you help you share the right message at each stage.

Both kits include: existing approved photos or simple graphics using your established branding, one platform size, a suggested posting order, one consolidated revision round, and organized files ready to publish.

You or your chosen provider handle publishing. These are finished content kits, with no ongoing posting, account management, or paid advertising included. Available on their own or alongside a website or branding project.

How we work

Clear from the beginning.

The best projects are a collaboration. You bring your knowledge of your business ~ I bring a fresh perspective, creative thinking, and practical experience. Together, we clarify what you need, make thoughtful decisions, and create something you can confidently use.

Scope, pricing, timing, and revision limits are agreed before work begins. Additional work is discussed and quoted separately.

02 / Define the project.
You receive a personalized proposal outlining the deliverables, pricing, and a realistic timeline.

You receive the finished work with the guidance needed to use it.

A good fit

Focused work. A clear finish.

Tailored 2U takes on manageable projects with a defined result: a website, a guide, a template, or another practical resource.

Before work begins, we agree on the deliverables, what you’ll provide, the timeline, the price, and the number of revision rounds. New requests outside that scope are discussed and quoted before additional work starts.

Services focus on creating and improving business resources. Ongoing staff supervision, employee relations, and day-to-day management are outside the project offering.

A few useful answers

Before we begin.

How much does a project cost?

Pricing depends on the deliverables and complexity. Request a personalized proposal through the inquiry form. Kristy will review your goals, the work involved, and any questions before preparing a proposal with the recommended services, scope, pricing, and timing. Your proposal is agreed before work begins.

What do I need to provide?

Usually your business information, existing materials, logo or images you have permission to use, and a clear point of contact for feedback. Your project scope will identify exactly what’s needed.

Can you help if my ideas are still scattered?

Yes. Share what you have and the result you’re hoping for. Defining the project is the first step, and organizing information is part of the work.

Can I hire you just for writing or one small tool?

Yes. A professional bio, service description, FAQ, welcome email set, checklist, or simple tracker can be its own project. We agree on the wording or tool, the information you’ll provide, and the finished format. If it belongs in a larger package, we count that work once.

Can you refresh an existing website?

Existing websites are reviewed individually. The options depend on the platform, access, content, and features. A refresh or rebuild can be scoped after that review.

What happens after the project is finished?

The agreed deliverables are handed over with relevant guidance. Updates and ongoing support are separate services when agreed; they are not automatically included.

Do you work with nonprofits?

Yes. Kristy’s background includes nonprofit operations, program development, fundraising, and community initiatives. Focused projects can include websites, board and volunteer manuals, orientation materials, resource guides, and simple tracking tools. You provide and approve policies and responsibilities; legal policy development and managing staff or volunteers are separate from this document work.

How long will it take?

Timing is agreed after the scope and required materials are understood. Share any target date in your inquiry so it can be considered from the beginning.
